It's never too early to start planning for a world cruise. With so many countries and destinations to choose from it can be overwhelming to know where to start. We hope this inspires you by highlighting the world cruises that visit the breathtaking country of Vietnam.
HANOI (HA LONG BAY)
When you think of Vietnam it's likely you think of the picturesque location of Ha Long Bay. Ha Long Bay translates to "The Bay of the Descending Dragon" and there are over 3000 little islands. It is known for its emerald waters and limestone rock formations with rainforests on top. Here you can enjoy scuba diving, hiking, rock climbing, cave exploring or take a tour of Hanoi City.
HO CHI MINH CITY
With a population of over 8 million people, Ho Chi Minh is the largest city in Vietnam. Surrounding the Saigon River, this city is the economic and financial center of Vietnam. Here you can indulge your senses in all the flavors, sights and sounds the city has to offer. Eat a savory bowl of authentic pho(or better yet take a pho cooking class), visit the Giam Lac pagoda and visit the Cai Rang floating market while you're here.

Da Nang is a coastal city in central Vietnam that has beautiful beaches. This undercover gem will certainly surprise you with its burgeoning metropolitan and modern skyscrapers. While here you will want to go see the dragon bridge. It is a spectacular display of color changing lights and even blows fire on certain days.
If you love to delve into culture and history take a short trip to the Imperial City of Hue, the former imperial capital. The citadel contains shrines, the Royal Theater and the Forbidden Purple City.
